Windows compatibility is insane!
  • Well yes but actually no, you need the 2+ hours of looking up graphics errors and crashes to get it somewhat working first.

  • Community Service: Vote on a new mod
  • YES: Lemmy is going to keep growing and its better to be prepared with extra mods. If they are dedicated and active I see no reason not to give them a chance.

  • Yea I had to purge a lot of subs because of the negativity taking over. Just moved over and the communities are great here and feels positive so far, just need a bigger user base now. Here's hoping we get more users after the API changes.

  • Same! I'm hoping after the API changes take place a bigger influx of new users will hit and start gaining traction at that point.

  • A million units are ready?

  • Really not a bad idea. Lemmy needs revenue in some degree and most can ignore the rewards/cosmetic store if they don't like it. That and it boosts engagement from the users too.

  • Honestly I think it might just happen. A lot of dedicated users will follow their communities over once they are banned/mods removed, and once that begins traction will take over. I think the great Reddit migration is here! Well I'm hoping anyways lol.

  • Thanks for the link!

  • This feels great
  • We need to post this one on Reddit and spread the word about Lemmy. Futurama memes are always top grade and this one's hilarious.

  • I agree and If your interested, a plug-in called shreddit will do all that work for you easily. Just make use of it before the api changes.

  • Here hoping, I support Lemmy and think it's got good foundations. With a higher user base and improvements I think Lemmy is going to take off soon and grow like crazy.

  • Same here, I heard there is a plug in called shreddit you can use before the api changes to nuke your comments. I plan on doing the same right before th shift.
