Instead of deleting the comments try editing them to some standard text, then go back and edit them all again to some slightly different boilerplate, etc. etc. I wonder if that might overwhelm their saved cache of your comments...

Oregon drivers may soon have the choice to pump their own gas
On Wednesday June 21, 2023 the Oregon Senate passed House Bill 2426 with overwhelming bipartisan support.
Oregon lawmakers on Wednesday voted to end a prohibition on self-serve gas that’s been in place since 1951.
House Bill 2426 would require gas stations to staff at least half of their open pumps for people who want assistance. But it would allow other pumps to be open for self-service.
From the text of the measure:
(5) The price charged for Class 1 flammable liquids must be identical at a self-service fuel
dispensing device and at any fuel dispensing device reserved for use by an owner, operator
or employee of a dispensary.
