I’ve never seen them in gas stations or hardware stores in my state before but I’m not a chemist and want to be safe too so I wouldn’t exactly feel comfortable trusting myself not to grab something that could end up being harmful. Yeah I had a similar experience and couldn’t get the object out. Hid it from my parents for 3 days and was not doing well. Couldn’t eat and turned out internal bleeding and had I not gone to the hospital - sepsis.

Also there needs to be good content creators on here. Lemmy has a long ways to go to get where Reddit is as far as the nsfw community goes. I still haven’t been on Reddit since 3rd party apps ended but I had some really good multireddits with all my go to categories on it and I do miss it
