Started working out and have done a fair leg workout three times with a mix of bodyweight exercises and kettlebells. Haven't worked out even semi-regularly during the past two years, or since my son was born, so the body feels weak but the positive impact on mental clarity and sleep quality is already a huge plus.
I've been using "Wu-Tang LAN" and "It hurts when IP" ever since I copied them from someone somewhere.
Hunt: Showdown is a great Weird West-style PvPvE extraction shooter (with horror themes) that still, five years after release, has an active fanbase.
It isn't nearly as hardcore as Escape from Tarkov on the looting aspect and offers a very inspired and unique feel that not too many other games can scratch at the moment. That said its gunplay, although very satisfying in its own way, differs quite a lot from the usual modern era shooters and might not be for everyone at first. There is definitely a learning curve to the different mechanics and I feel the game is more geared towards playing with a stack of up to three friends (matchmaking for random squad members is an option too) but its perfectly enjoyable as a solo hunter as well.
Coincidentally its also getting a big update on June 28th that changes up the game in some ways, so its the perfect time to jump in!
