Ok so there's a concert I want to go to and it's nearly all GA. Unfortunately, I am only about 4'10. It is an extra $60 for a seat in a booth. I am on a uni student budget.

What makes music crappy anyway? At my work, they played a live version of a Foo Fighters song over the speakers and a customer said it sounded terrible. But the crowd went wild! It's all about taste at the end of the day.

My new weird food rule:

• fruit flavoured ice cream or sorbet - in a cup

• chocolate and other creamy sort of non-fruit flavours - a cone

I normally don't get a cone because I don't love them, but was given one instead of a cup and just made do. The ice cream was part fruit and part marshmallow or something along those lines, and it definitely belonged in a cone.

Exactly, it's full of unrealistic expectations!

I have a co-worker who basically used me to trauma dump about her past abusive relationship. Now she's being very cryptic with another co-worker, saying things like, "I've been publicly humiliated" or when she went to meet with her ex after they had been no longer together for a year, "I'm in trouble". She met with him to see if she was over him but she was still in contact with him the whole time (because she believed he was her soulmate).

I honestly feel like she's just looking for a reaction now and she's got some growing up to do. Yes, she's had a shitty experience and I think I've acknowledged that to her. But ultimately, this is her life and she can decide what she wants to do. The whole thing is ridiculous and I'm sick of hearing about it.
