I think you are onto something. I fall asleep around 8 PM and wake up around 5 am. Not that I want to but I can be sitting in the couch and just fall asleep. It started happening in my late 30s. In my 20s, I would be out drinking till 4 am, go to bed, wake up after 3 hours and feel great. Old man issues are real :)

If we remove the authors of the independent results that were in one way or the other funded by Pfizer or other pharmaceutical companies, we are left we the true independent analysis from scientists whose voice was mulled by the mainstream media. The same mainstream media who for some reason had Pfizer advertisements. The negative effects of the vaccine far outweighed the benefits for people who did not have any underlying health conditions. COVID was never an issue for young healthy adults.

Google it and you will find dozens of articles about Pfizers statement in the European parliament and then their denial after the backlash.

Please lookup the latest info where the accepted that the vaccines were not tested and Pfizer lied about the data they presented to get vaccine approval. They are all corrupt peas from the same pod. Republicans or democrats, doesn't matter. They all are only working to enhance the oligarchy.

Thanks for the suggestion but I was raising the exact point that it becomes difficult to remove beliefs and politics in any forum whether Fediverse or otherwise.

I once suggested in feature request that it would be great if an open source app that shall not be named added access to a particular site. My request was immediately denied because the FOSS app owner did not agree with that site's politics. That is the day I realized that even the FOSS world is not beyond playing politics with their products and are not very different in these terms to the closed source apps that I escaped from.

You have to enable developer mode in Android auto, add OSNAnd and then disable Android Auto to have it appear as an option. The instructions are on OSMAnd website. I followed those instructions and it worked. I have the FDroid version so not sure if it's different for the Google Play store version.

Yes, OSMAnd pro version supports Android Auto.

Thanks, I just did a quick test and it seems that organic Maps is still not available for Android auto. So will probably stick with OSMAnd+ until I can get rid of my Android auto dependency. I looked at GitHub and it seems that they are working on Android auto support so hopefully it will be ready soon. Keeping fingers crossed 🤞

Ok, so this is my setup.

Work laptop: Forced to use chrome so switched to degoogled chromium. Personal PC: Windows and Linux: Use librewolf on my personal machines. iPhone: Use Firefox on my iPhone Android: I use Bromite (Chromium based) on my Android phone.

So, it's basically using the best I could find for each job. I cannot defend either of those as the only reason I continue to use them is because I am used to the interface.

I don't think it would happen unless all the fans of the brand start understanding the importance of opensource. But knowing Apple, they would go bankrupt before they bend to the demands of what people actually want. As long as their customers applaud or defend every dumb decision Apple has made, they will never change.
