Peppermint tea is my go to for soothing IBS discomfort.
Its basically "nobody asked for this, but here it is"
Something everyone must remember is there can always be someone worse than the current big bad. The universe finds a way.
The only way I do white onion on my burgers. So good.
Had some windows users loving the Cinnamon DE on Mint. They managed to get right into it straight away. Plus, on most Linux distros they come with easy to use package managers. And you can still get deb or rpm packages that can be used to install applications just like a windows installer exe.
Wouldn't be surprised if it actually changed the flavour a bit.
That's one way to make the "secret sauce" for burgers. Just ketchup, yellow mustard, mayo and sometimes relish. Mixing them before adding to the burger changes the taste considerably.
Think we might need either a new type of image AI or maybe expanded latent space with just a shit load of new parameters. Anything to improve comprehension and prompt attention.
Its basically already that bad. I've had to resort to various AI tools to cut through the noise lately.
Nobody has to pay for anything Lemmy or ActivityPub related because its FOSS.
That means Free Open Source Software.
As in, you can get and use the source code yourself without paying a single cent.
Like traditional punk lifestyles, its just counter-culture as apposed to "low life"
Going against the grain.
I watch because its stupid. Its like why Call of Duty exists. Just dumb fun that doesn't require much thought to enjoy. Sometimes you just need some good dumb fun and can't be serious all the time.
A friend of mine has been looking to upgrade his gaming rig since its pretty old and low budget. Still even has Windows 7!
The build he's looking at has Ubuntu. I'm excited to welcome him into the Linux community.
That would usually be done before digging. Only after learning all you can through deep soil scans and confirming structural integrity so as to not have it break upon moving it. Then you may dig it up.
Those alternatives are old tech that has way more limitations than a neural implant.
Just because there is old tech that SORT OF does this, doesn't mean it can't be improved. That's the same attitude behind "not needing more than 4mb of RAM" back in the day. You can't stop progress all because YOU are fine with the current state of the tech.
Based on your reaction, I'd hate to hear your opinion on AI. Let me guess, its corpo data theft and only data theft?
What about the multitude of FOSS projects that even you could use if you wanted?
Jerboa
Its simple and lightweight. Can optionally get it on the app store if you want.
Natural Harvest
or something like that I think
Certainly looks better than the average indie game. And before you come at me for saying that.
Indie is often touted as "better than AAA". But in order for that to be the case, they need to at least offer something similar first. But most indie games are so far removed from even the average AAA game, that its basically apples and oranges.
AA, or mid-tier, is really where its at. Some of the best games in recent years have all been from the AA space. Even ones that launched rough like Elden Ring and Cyberpunk.
They are still leagues above the average indie game that most people here and "the site that shall not be named" tend to list off as their favourites.
So yes, Elden Ring indeed does have great graphics. Not the most cutting edge, but at least it looks like it belongs in the same generation as its competitors.
Need help finding animation mods for use with Stances - Dynamic Weapon Movesets SE
Been banging my head against the wall with this.
All I want is some animation mods for different combat stances for all the vanilla weapon types. I don't use MCO or anything like that and don't plan on it.
I currently been using stuff like Vanargand, Leviathan and Goetia for my base animations. But I would like High, Mid and Low stances to have completely different animations than the base/neutral.
Tried to find mods preconfigured for stances, but they either require other frameworks and shit, or have no OAR configs.
I have the AMR Stance Framework to use as a template. I understand you need to place the anims in all the correct folders. But I am having trouble wrapping my head around the numbers and whole structure. Especially with trying to go from DAR folders to the OAR ones. Like trying the Elder Souls anims for some stances. But the numbers are a bit different and it is throwing me off.
Any help would be nice. Or better yet, a complete pack/list of stance compatible animations that you peeps use.
