Yeah, Gamification is a huge problem for a lot of sites/apps. It makes it a competition and brings in people who normally wouldn’t bother to engage in it. And turns it into a competition, which in turn makes advertisers try to get the people doing well to promote their product. And before you know it everything is about getting the biggest amount of upvotes/likes/followers no matter the cost.

Is there a list or overview of these hopefully coming apps? I am using Liftoff right now but it’s en beta and lacks a lot compared to Apollo. Would like to test these out when they are coming. Until then I’ll just use Liftoff and suggest features for them to add.

Not sure if this has been mentioned. But as I just joined I was looking through communities to join and noticed there were several with the same name but just lower case instead or with a space between words.

Should community names be case sensitive and no spaces to make sure there are fewer duplicates/lookalike communities?
