Good! Short-term rentals are absolutely exacerbating the housing issues in this state. And as a bonus, they're really not more convenient or affordable than the hotels they sought to replace.
Router and template! Use a band saw or jig saw or even a coping saw to cut out the shapes in MDF or something. Use a 1/2" drill bit as a template and draw on your rounded corners. And then sand or file or rasp them to shape. THEN use a flush trim router bit and go to town!
There's a balance to be had. I would be mad if, say, one novel had Ahsoka listed as a former Jedi. And the next has her as a failed Jedi. Progress is moving relatively quickly now. There was YEARS of delay due to acquiring land and fighting lawsuits. Opponents kinda hoped California would get tired, but it seems more like the state is just gon' push through even harder. I'm excited!
