An orangutan getting ready for a photo shoot
Bing image creator. Prompt used was "orangutan at a barber shop getting ready for a photo shoot, monochrome digital art". It didn't get the monochrome part right but this color scheme looks better than what I was expected.
I didn't request it at all, it's just a happy accident
A chef cooking up cigarette soup in a public bathroom
I used Bing image creator, prompt was "photograph of a chef cooking cigarette soup in a public bathroom"
I noticed this with Peter f Hamilton's Commonwealth universe books. The french versions all have more books and it confused me.
Sounds vaguely familiar but I can't seem to find anything about it. I've tried searching for Alzheimer's commercial lemon, dementia commercial lemon, Canada commercial Alzheimer's/dementia and came up short.
I'm going to continue using rif until it shuts down at the end of the month but there's no way I'm downloading their shitty app. I have a feeling a lot of people are in the same boat.
I read the entire space odyssey series before watching any of the movies and I really liked the books, they're pretty much what got me into sci-fi. But the movie was absolute garbage, I agree. And I say this as someone who's done LSD a bunch of times.
I also like Hendricks. I'm more of a whisky drinker but I usually keep a few bottles of gin on hand. The ones I have right now are Hendricks neptunia(this is what I had on Father's Day), Hendricks lunar and nikka Japanese gin.
Mine was good, went to a Nepali food festival for lunch which was cool because I've never had Nepali food before. Then went to the carnival that's in town for a few weeks. Took my 3 and a half year old son on his first Carnival ride and he loved it.
Went home after and barbecued shrimp skewers and corn on my new BBQ while having a gin and tonic.
Tantrum free weekend
I just need to brag that my 3 and a half year old didn't throw a single tantrum this weekend. About 5 months ago he decided he doesn't want to nap anymore(this makes bedtime way easier but I lose my 2 hours of free time in the afternoon), so now he throws tantrums when he's tired but he refuses to nap regardless. So we kept busy all weekend and I was worried he'd get overwhelmed but he had a blast and didn't lose his shit about anything.
Saturday we went to this event called meet a machine where there's a ton of different types of huge trucks and other machinery kids can go check out and go inside. Then we went to the splash pad to cool off.
Today we went haskap berry picking and he loved it, getting so excited every time he found one and got to put it in the basket. We then went to my brother in law's for lunch and he got to play with his cousins for a while. When we got home he watched me make jam out of the berries.
It was exhausting being so busy but it was a good weekend.
This is cool and I'm always down for looking at Japanese cities but I don't think this belongs here. It's unrelated to technology.
I just started reading Fairy Tale by Stephen King. I normally mostly read sci-fi but I figured I'd take a break and read this one since I've heard good things.
I really like Lords of Waterdeep and Xenoshyft:Onslaught.
Thanks! I'll have to try it out.
There are a bunch so instead of going through them I'll link the Wikipedia page.
Not sure if people are aware but the gateway pundit is a far right fake news site known for publishing hoaxes.
This looks perfect. What temp do you cook it at/for how long?
