Glad to see this community on here, and appreciate your warm Mod welcome. I am interested in simple living from many angles - from the practical everyday aspects, all the way up through to the purely Utopian philosophical/idealistic components.

I have academic training in sociology/community development as well, so the more meta- aspects of the sociology of community development really appeal to me.

This is an excellent overview/how-to/FAQ. Very accessible & clear - appreciate all the obvious effort that went into its creation/dissemination.

I’m still getting familiar with the lingo/technicals/acc’t. settings, etc.
