I need to give VR a proper go soon! I have an headset but just havent used it for racing, at least not since I’ve actually become somewhat competent

Just last week I upgraded from a G29 to the 8nm CSL DD, exceeded expectations entirely, I was mostly racing the MX-5, GR86 and Civic in IRacing and was super happy with the added detail, jumped in the new LMP3 they just added and the direct drive really came into its own. Worth every penny. I’d also recommend a load cell brake if you don’t already have one, equally as game changing in my opinion.

I have the NLR wheel stand 2.0 right now, but would ideally love an extruded aluminium rig like this, do you play in VR? Or do you wheel the rig into position when you’re racing?

Very nice! I need to figure out a way to fit a full rig in my apartment somewhere, just using a wheel stand for now

Racing sims, my wallet is disagreeing with the decision however

Nothing is screaming out to be upgraded, personally I went for 64GB of RAM since I do a lot of flight and racing sims which can be very RAM intensive (I’m looking at you DCS). But it’s still probably overkill to be honest
