About being sure: It took me a lot of self-reflection and I only found out Inwas trans when I was 31ish.
Nitpick: it's body dysphoria, not dysmorphia. The latter makes you actively see your body differently from what it is.

Afaik Voyager is still being developed yes. However I was also unable to change the language of the comment in Jerboa. I can change my general language in the web ui tho. Urgh. No idea.
Urgh that's annoying. I am using Voyager and can't even choose the language of the comment.

Bazzite download keeps failing
I wanted to try Bazzite but for some reason the download from bazzite.gg is very slow (around 1-2MB/sec) and also fails at some point, every time.
Does anyone know this issue? Is there a torrent for Bazzite that I am not aware of?
