What if urine was reprocessed by large intestines?
  • The kidneys already recover water and salt. Google the loop of Henley.

What we pee is what our body considers in excess. We intake a lot of our water from food, so we need a way to expel that. Peeing is much nicer than bloating and constant Diarra.

  • North American power outlets are topsy turvy - but does it matter?
  • The NEC does not have an article for outlet orientation. Some engineered jobs will spec it one way or another (eg. hospitals) but there's nothing in the code.

I think the video even mentioned that nec doesn't have an article on it.

  • Apparently spreading news about an homophobic attack is considered islamophobic
  • I'm guessing the agenda is "this is definitely going to lead to a bunch of anti-islamic discussion in the comment section, and I don't want to deal with all that (with limited mod tools)"

I'd put more blame on reddit administration than the mod who's trying to play the safe side to keep the sub in existence.

  • I love my smart TV (From Mastodon)
  • I got my first smart TV a few years ago. After about a week I took away its ability to connect to my wifi and plugged the chromecast Dongle back in.

It's not allowed to be smart anymore.

  • Wonderful (a 1912 comic)
  • I read a lot of fantasy which is generally in a medieval setting.

Sometimes I'll just stop and appreciate that I can turn a handle and get limitless clean drinking water, or that I drive 35 miles to work every day, which would normally be an all-day trip.

Not to mention things like instant long distance communication.

  • Old memes from my phone pt 1

I save a lot of memes. Time to populate the feed
