According to Google the zephyr originally cost 99 and assuming the 1 mil is after lawyer fees and whatever that's gonna be like 150+ each

I didn't read the article so don't sue me if it explains they actually only got 7 dollars at the bottom.

I don't know about all that. It definitely seems like it's even more of a far left echo chamber than reddit is.

The mod power/abuse seems to be just about the same.

I'll keep poking around and see what the site has to offer.
