I like to throw in some TVP (or impossible meat if I’m feeling indulgent) to make it more authentic. Occasionally, I’ll commit the sin of adding frozen diced carrots/peas when sliding in the tofu to make it heartier.

I also use AnyList to get around NYT paywalls. You can use the import function on the “sign-up/sign-in” page and it will import the whole recipe!
I'm from the US and Jame's accent is crazy thick. To be fair, I'm starting to get used to it and I can follow along much better now but I do need to rewind sometimes. With that being said, he's probably in my top 5 favorite comedians at the moment.

I miss the .hack universe. Surprisingly, one of few anime/JRPGs I ever got into. Sword Art didn’t do it for me. I hope it gets revived at some point.
