Yep, at this point you either go Light or full on Heavy. The stamina cost is not worth with going from light to medium.
Tbf, people were already doing this before the adjustment.
I would try both and check your performance. Based on a lot people experiences, it depends on a few factors like what GPU have, whether or not you are CPU throttled,etc.. There is no one size fits all in this situation.
This is on top of the changes to their Terms of Service that enables them to use anything on your calls to train their AI and scrap any customer data.
Heyyy another Sync for Lemmy brother!
But for awareness, for those wanting to try Sync for Lemmy. It does contain ads. SfL offers a few things (all below removes the tracker): Monthly for Ultra ($3) Annual for Ultra ($17) Lifetime for Ultra ($110) Ad Free no Ultra and permanent ($20)
I highly suggest anyone use the multitude of free and pretty good apps (Infinite, Wefwef, etc)..
I'm more curious who is hosting the instance dedicated to path of exile. XD
I'm pretty excited, lol. They said thar you need to use the currency to enter the league. I'm hoping it works similar to Rogue coins where you can gather a bunch and then dedicate a whole day to play around in it. I'd rather not leave "mid tournament" and forget what my strategy was.
Also, I want to say thank you for creating this post. My current app post function is not there yet
I do agree with the sentiment that the price is a tad steep. I think $10 is a more agreeable price imo.
Personally I still prefer the $17 a month considering that backing up my settings through the cloud is an important and convenient feature since I own multiple devices and 8 lemmy profiles (don't ask why lol). Hopefully LDJ has a desktop version.
Basically the art style of The Sims. The gameplay of Animal Crossing. All in 3rd person perspective. UI looks like it's build for handheld. According to the description, it's releasing on PC.
Woop! Finally can comment without crashing!
It's a lot easier to browse posts and comment. On other apps I would just crash...
Reddit basically allowed people to access their website on mobile again. Before when you tried to access reddit, a big pop-up appeared forcing people to download the reddit. Now it's optional again. The exception is the NSFW subreddits unfortunately.
We would basically need to do three things.
-
Reduce the barrier to entry as it is still confusing for users to navigate or use Lemmy. On top of that, mobile apps are still in their early stages. Server stability is another consideration
-
Reddit and I guess Threads need some major platform changes that is disliked by the community at large.
-
Awareness that Lemmy exists.
Yeah I feel you kind of have to because they changed everything from skills and equipment. Starting fresh is probably best in case there are bugs with your old saves.
Wish I could :/ the logistics would be too much of a mess.
I still support GGG other ways though. Can't wait to see more information on PoE2.
I'm personally a Firefox user since it has developed to be so much better imo. However I do have to give credit to Microsoft for having imo a better browser than Chrome despite the fact they are both Chromium based.
When I was able to do piety farming.
Before that I was an idiot because I made currency by vendoring drops and buying wisdom scrolls from other players...
At the early stages no. It is vital we keep it open to get as many people through the door to promote fediverse. Eventually some people will create accounts in other instances.
I'm obligated to upvote but just know I am extremely disappointed
Foe those that don't know. Wherever you create an account, all the information stays on that particular instance. E.G. Lemmyworld lemmy.ml.
To reduce the load on a instance, users should create accounts on other instances that is geographically close to you and have plenty of server resources. This would lead to a smoother and faster user experience.
You will still be able to comment and interact with users and post on lemmy.world or lemmy.ml even if you created your account elsewhere. (Unless the instance your account is created on gets defederated).
It's still important that D4 becomes good so we have competition in the space of ARPG. There were plenty of times GGG dropped the ball.
I wonder if they will even have a IPO at this point
