- Same. I just don't get enjoyment out of constant outrage. Our brains aren't built to be exposed to that 24/7, and I don't think it's healthy.
  
  I agree with the brain part. But I'm also glad there are a lot of people and communities here discussing things other platforms shy away from, or outright shun. Hard pills to swallow those topics are, but nevertheless makes me feel more sane seeing there are people not gobbling up any mainstream rhetoric all the time.
  
  I'm realizing that Steve Huffman ruining reddit has a major silver lining for me, in that I'm on social media considerably less and as a result there's been a lot less doom in my life- and it's been great :) thanks spez! JK, still fuck you spez
