Railroader is a cooperative multiplayer and singleplayer railroad simulator set on a short line in transition era Appalachia – sometime in the 1940's to 1950's. It's about running freight and passenger trains – switching cars, pick-ups, set-outs, and switch lists.

I watched some people play this. It's still very early access and needs a lot of work before I'd recommend buying it.
It also appears to be going more in the direction of a management game, rather than a simulator.
If you really want a good train sim, pick up Detail Valley and enjoy that while this is still being worked on.
