This Pictures Shows the "Striezelmarkt" in Dresden. It has an underground parking lot with 400 parking spaces. But it's recommended to use the public transport.
400 parking spaces would never be enough for the masses at those Markets
Yeah and shouldn't drive anyways if you consum alcohol on these markets.
Ideally you shouln't drive if you have consumed alcohol, regardless of where you did it
