As I work through my Mozart box set I started asking myself this question.

Erik Satie, Vivaldi, Bach, DeBussy, Tchaikovsky. Not in any particular order.
My outlook is less about the composer and more about the music. If I like a particular piece, I add it to my list. I don’t have to listen to their entire discography or even full albums. For example, I don’t care for all of Four Seasons by Vivaldi. I mostly only like Winter and Spring.
