New data shows plant-based milk is on track to overtake cows' milk in Australian cafes. Oat milk is rising particularly fast, rapidly overtaking almond and soy on the way to becoming the country's most popular dairy alternative.
Some of these milks may not technically be ‘whole foods’, but this is an interesting trend.
