I think it's going to be a Pikmin weekend for me. The Pikmin 4 demo was juicy enough to bait me into buying the Pikmin 1 and 2 remasters. No regrets, it plays fantastically
I've recently bought both Superhot games (Don't have VR) and also Dune: Spice Wars. I highly recommend the ladder as they just added the Conquest update which made the game so much more interesting to me.
I cracked open Mount & Blade Banner Lord for the first time since it released. I remember it being good, and they've since improved quite a bit. Like, I'm kinda having a hard time putting it down. The oddly specific roleplays are endless after you get the hang of the gameplay & combat loop. Merry men of the forest? The men were VERY merry. Mudflap of Arabia? I tricked & conquered the desert folk like Lawrence could have only dreamed of.
Anyways my family hasn't seen me in weeks and there's probably a missing person's bulletin out for me. I'm just riding around Calradia broke as hell & winning tournaments.
I know I'm pretty late to the party, but just started playing Elden Ring and yeah... it's pretty good. I avoided it for a while because I'm not into souls games, but I got desperate for something to play and saw a lot of stuff from non-souls-lovers who loved it. I am enjoying myself but I don't know if I'll end up beating it. It's pretty stressful. lol
Unfortunately, my Ark addiction has resurfaced. I truly wish there was a better game that had utility mechanics for tamed beasts. I love when different dinos fit different purposes other than just "kills other things faster. If the Ark unreal 5 remaster that's supposedly coming out has a good modding presence, doesn't break all the time, and puts some resources towards some more dino TLC updates again I'll likely keep playing the damn game. I have no hope/expectations for Ark 2, sadly.
