Economic affairs minister Vilhelm Junnila survived a confidence vote that was called over his past right-wing links, but the PM says the government still plans to discuss the matter thoroughly.
I don't have high expectations for this government.
What do you mean? You don't want heads of government making nazi jokes/references? What's next, you won't want them to abuse their positions to oppress people?
Sarcasm aside, I agree with you, really unfortunate that it has come to this. Xenophobic populism seems to be really on the rise again, I hope we can revert that trend.
I'm just hoping that RKP takes on the first excuse from here on to leave the government. The govt couldn't even agree to boot this one minister, and Orpo will have "thorough discussion" instead.
