/kbin RTR#16 Update on kbin.social, performance improvements, considerations for enabling API
Today, with the assistance of @piotrsikora, we've updated kbin.social. I also implemented a few fixes that should improve the site's performance. I'm still waiting for a few metrics, and then I'll try to enable the API (Piotr will probably want to strangle me when he finds out I want to do it over the weekend ;-))
I've also updated the translations, and Szymon has implemented the translation of post dates (Esperanto) thanks to the contribution from @jorgesumle to the timeago.js library.

Very excited that there is progress towards enabling the API! @hariette has done a great job with her Artemis app, will be great to be able to use it properly. :)
Very sad that it looks like @hariette burned out. artemis.camp has been down for a week now and the app no longer functions. I'm hoping once the API is enabled we'll see another developer work on an ios app. I greatly prefer kbin over lemmy.
