Stop buying stuff. Essentials only. Kill the economy. Staycation. No fashion. No makeup. No upgrades. No games. You do not need an air fryer.
You're not wrong, but your approach might turn some people off. I'd like to look at it as a more gradual thing. Start small, and build from there. It's a lifestyle, not an ultimatum. Living with less takes practice, but the refinement you can achieve is well worth it in my opinion. We can do this a better way.
