New No Backup Plans Build/Drip

Decided to build around No Backup Plans since I hadn't tried them after the buff.

Trying to find a good purple shader to match the glow.

PSA: Conditional Finality is NOT the move with NBP. The first shot tends to freeze the enemy more than kill them which doesn't proc the overshield.
- Maybe until it’s return with trench barrel or cascade point could be good
That's pretty sick looking any chance we could get a screenshot of your cosmetic window? Wondering what shaders your using for each piece.
- Shader is all Neopop Wave. A season of the splicer shader I think.
