Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen face Mexico GP penalties as F1 stewards investigate
Lewis Hamilton, his Mercedes team-mate George Russell and Red Bull rival Max Verstappen were among several drivers under the F1 stewards' microscope for their actions during Mexico GP qualifying

Verstappen, Alonso & Russell summoned for impeding at pit exit, Hamilton for not slowing down under yellow flag and Sargeant for overtaking under yellow flag. Williams and Alpha Tauri are summoned because Tsunoda apparently hit Williams equipment with his car in the pitlane.
Williams left a car jack unattended right at the edge of their pit box and Tsunoda clipped it. So Williams would be at fault there I believe
