Since I enjoyed the reddit version of this, I thought I'd start one on kbin.

I'm not 100% sure which formatting will work best between kbin and Lemmy but let's try a few:

Edit: Or maybe not. Does federating to/from kbin not work?
- It should, but I'm not 100% on how. Time to investigate.
  
  EDIT: " least one user in an instance needs to search for a community before it gets fetched. Searching for the community will bring it into the instance and it will fetch a few of the most recent posts without comments.   I'll edit in all of the different formats suggested just in case.
  
  Hm... I searched for it, and now I can see it on lemmy.world instead of just getting a 404, but I can't see any posts.
- @mo_ztt I think I got it working now-- you should be able to search for it on Lemmy.
