I don't watch the show, presumably this is tongue-in-cheek?
It’s like a two second graphic with all of the logos popping onto the map in rapid succession while the voiceover is talking about how teams from all over the country participate in the FA Cup. It’s not tongue in cheek or anything but in context of watching the show no one will actually be looking at it as a map of the clubs’ locations, it’s just a quick punchy visual.

In which case, it makes sense that Arsenal is shown to represent London
