It's the circle of pirate. Companies will never learn the only way to break it is to actually provide a decent service. They'll dip into being good, then run back to the same old same old.
I left for a couple of years. There were a couple of glorious years that Netflix and Hulu were pretty much all you needed. As soon as studios started pulling their content off of Netflix in order to make their own streaming services or was obvious that it was over. RIP convenient streaming 2009-2011.
I only care, that there's so many streaming services now that it's like cable packages used to be. I have prime, and disney+, and I will not pay for anything else, I don't care what I'm missing.
