Meh. lemmy.ml is mostly OK. Defederation should be the last resort.
Lwmmy.ml will delete comments simply for making the CCP look bad. I corrected clear misinformation on a thread last week and they deleted my comment with no notice or explanation but left the lie which made the US look bad. I can explain in detail if you're actually interested.
They also deleted my comments calling them out and deleted a bunch of other comments in the thread they didn't like.
Lemmy.ml is an authoritarian propaganda factory and should be cut off from other instances. If we want the fediverse to survive, we need to make it a reasonable place without extremism and censorship.
What if I say something remotely yiffy with a lemmygrad or hexbear account?
