On the heels of Huntington Beach’s much-publicized battle with Sacramento housing goals, Santa Ana – a leader in homebuilding – asks when enough is enough.
Santa Ana is already dense. Trying to find parking in areas of Santa Ana after 3pm can be a nightmare. It would be more helpful to focus on infrastructure and business development so the people who already live there can improve their lives.
Or, shoot, maybe one of the adjacent cities can build some new housing. Stanton has been going bananas building up Beach Blvd. What about Westminster or Garden Grove?
LOL, most progressive OC city isn't really jumping over a high bar. If Sacramento really wants to do something about it, they should radically revise the tax code to disincentivize multiple residential ownership. Like radically. Capital sucking the wealth from labor is freaking disgusting.
