Hall of Fame linebacker Dick Butkus, a vicious tackler who made the Pro Bowl in eight of his nine seasons with the Bears, has died at the age of 80.

Butkus was always my favorite. He described his style of play as "sticking the cork back in the bottle". His goal was not to just stop you, but drive you back.
