Wow, closing three out of five branches is insane, makes me sad to see it happen.
Huntington Beach is working hard to keep its title of worst OC city. 3/5 libraries may close, call operators will be laid off, and community programs are ending but the treasurer office can get renovations and the city attorney's office can hire more attorneys.
