Did this Satan get breast surgery?
Looks like a double mastectomy. It can be used to remove breast cancer. Sometimes it is called top surgery, in the cases where it is used as gender affirming care, like for trans men. Baphomet appears to fall under the second category in this artist's work. But I am not certain.
