So what are your plans for the week? how are you feeling?
Reddit used to have those threads, I figured I'd get them started again.
I'm at the second month of a new job, I started IT for a local city and so far it's all I dreamed off.
Feeling very blessed, being an homeowner, getting the job I always wanted and life is just so much better now.
Too fucking hot today, again. Though at least there's airco at work.
For these threads, does Lemmy have stickies? For now I would suggest sticking to 3 slowchats per week untill traffic picks up. Monday (Monotonous) Wednesday (Rant Away) Friday (Free Talk).

Feeling good, two presentations to give today for work. One down already and went well so now I can chill here a bit before lunch :)
Yes, the slowchats were a pretty cool part of the community. Not sure if a daily one is warrented yet but don't let that stop you!
It's my last week before I take a small break and the rest of july will consist of short work weeks with regular breaks. Hopefully the temperatures stay in today's range, it's perfect!
We'll see, I was more of a lurker on reddit, but Lemmy/Kbin has in my opinion better users right now so might try to be more of a poster now.
I think it's a cool initiative :)

Tired from a great (unexpected) weekend. Last week before we go in vacation mode at work (about half less people working between 1 juli and 20 august). It's even a bit boring...
Busy renovation planning and family weekend and exhausted starting the week.
Hopefully our temporary electricity box gets approved this week so we can finally have work site electricity and atop stealing what we absolutely need from our nice neighbors 😅
