YYYYYESSSSS!!! This movie is going to be so much freaking fun! John Woo is an absolute legend. I grew up watching his action movies, especially the ones with Chow Yun Fat.
I'm super excited for a new John Woo! Loved all his early action stuff. And Face/Off will always have a special place in my heart.
Face/Off its just a delightful, timeless classic. It's so ridiculous and over the top. Quintessential 90s action on that one!
Can't wait. Looks awesome. But one thing I hope we see coming to Hollywood is more Korean type action fight scenes where fights are like more wide shots and less cuts so you see the whole action.
All the American action heroes are old, so I don't think it would look very good. The only thing saving these old men is the editing and computer graphics.
But this swedish action hero aint that old no? 😉🤪
