This is going to be crazy if so, I just wonder how many full time short term rentals there will be.
The one thing I hate about the Domain is the vehicle traffic. Based on the designs here, it will have the same problems.
Yet another “outdoor mall” with overpriced apartments.
Wonder what this will do to the crime rate in the area. More nice stuff to break into or gentrification of the area pushing the crime away?
It's just gentrification and elimination of affordable housing. Presidium Group bought the apartment complex I used to live in on Riverside and changed the countertops and then demanded double the rent. They were also very aggressive about coming into our apartment whenever they wanted to do "renovations".
