Anyone living in The Residences - Downtown

I did some research but couldn’t find many review. I like an apartment in there. Tower 5 to be precise. I wonder quality of building, flaws, noise etc. we are planning to live in but also as an investment for future ( rent it out) so agent comments about the demand for this buildings also will be very helpful.
