I'm neither a fan of such music, nor a League of Legends player. But this song - I love it. Both rhythm/voices and how they used characters from the game.

Also animation looks like it the same studio which created Arcane TV Series later, which I really loved for interesting plot, nice fresh animation and great character development. And did I mention some great music there?
