Evidence suggests a deadly explosion at a busy market in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kostiantynivka this month was caused by an errant missile fired by Ukraine, the New York Times reported on Tuesday.

But now America wants to step in to show them how it's supposed to be done.
Pretty dodge investing NYT. Basically “we talked to some people on the street and samples say it could be a rocket used by Russia or Ukraine.
The NYT sucks ass, period. Absolutely insane that it's seen as a left wing newspaper. There's nothing left wing about it at all.
Even if the missile was fired by Ukraine- it still would be Russias fault since Ukraine just defends itself against the Aggressor.
Let me guess this haooened after the m8ssiles where shot by russian air defence?
