Evidence suggests a deadly explosion at a busy market in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kostiantynivka this month was caused by an errant missile fired by Ukraine, the New York Times reported on Tuesday.

Pretty dodge investing NYT. Basically “we talked to some people on the street and samples say it could be a rocket used by Russia or Ukraine.

Even if the missile was fired by Ukraine- it still would be Russias fault since Ukraine just defends itself against the Aggressor.
