Past medical history of seizure. Had an unwitnessed fall.
CT shows right globe with abnormal irregular morphology, abnormal location/appearance of the lens, and presence of air within the globe. On the coronal view, there is fluid infiltrating the surrounding orbital fat. A left forehead hematoma is also present.
The middle view is a coronal view (so imagine you're facing the person) - so the right (the patient's right) eyeball is ruptured, and there's a left forehead bump from where they hit their head from the fall.
How do you get a left forehead bump but your right eye is ruptured? Probably hit something else along the way.
