New Mexico United Vs Indy Eleven | Fri Sep 15 2023 7:00 PM MDT

Three home matches remain. Tonight's match is against Indy Eleven. Indy has not had much of a post season presence since 2019. They have not clinched a spot yet (in the Eastern Conference), so this is going to be another late season match with a lot on the line. In the Eastern Conference, three clubs have clinched spots, but no one has been eliminated yet. In the Western Conference, one club has been eliminated, but no one has clinched yet.

This season, Indy has won more matches on the road than they have at home. And they have won their past two matches. New Mexico on the other hand has won more at home than on the road. This all should prove to be interesting . Indy concedes 1 goal per match, we on the other hand concede 1.5. We barely score more than they do though.

Andrew Thomas's soccer IQ seems to be pretty good. I expect he'll make the difference. But we gotta pepper the goal with shots.

El Paso won their match on Wednesday, so they have put some distance between us and them. But they no longer have a match in hand.

Tonight's Ref is Brad Jensen. Their stats so far this season:

Matches Y YY R PK
USLC 6 23 1 0 0
USOC 1 3 0 0 0
MLSNP 4 9 0 2 2
NWSL 2 4 0 0 1
