On the female labour participation thing, i think it is skewed our older population because women in my generation are in the workforce.

Old stereotype doesn't die off. We still have several steps to move on. In fact, the current generation still stuck at the traditional value where women shouldn't aim as high as possible and instead should be humble to be a junior part of the relationship. Not withstanding the current influence of the incel viewpoint to the younger generation. We still have much to go.
