Russian defense minister says 'reserve army' will be formed before July

Their stupid society has agreed that the police and military should have a monopoly on violence (no gun stores selling firearms to the public like the United States).

This means either you fight for the State/oligarchs or die in a gulag prison. Both options are presented to you by the promise of violence if you don't make a decision.

Russia is truly a fucking barbaric society not very far off from the current Islam infested Afghanistan, where women are beat and men are brainwashed.

While it is easy to lay into Russia for their disdain and lack of care or empathy for even their own people, I do remain aghast at how they keep finding and throwing people into this.

I really had some naive notions about a modern war of this scale, starting with something like this never happening again, because we all learned from the last dozen times these long and large wars were fought.

So in other words, their army was so destroyed they needed to make another one because they are too stupid to admit defeat.
