I have committed to only driving when I absolutely have too.
With an ecargo bike and no fear of weather it’s rare to see me on 4 wheels.
Ride your bike as much as you can!
How do you deal with rain?
It’s just water.
 The real challenge is finding rain gear that you’re comfortable wearing. After living years in a place with heavy rains and snow, I really like the quality of showers pass gear.
When you’re wearing heavy duty, rain gear, you’re likely to get very warm and possibly very sweaty. I mitigate this by wearing wool for breathability and riding at a slower pace so I don’t overheat.
