49ers sign USFL (NOT XFL) sacks leader Breeland Speaks

A bunch of articles on this signing incorrectly claim Speaks was the XFL sacks leader. Many sportswriters (or maybe the shoddy AIs replacing them) don't seem to understand that the USFL and XFL are two separate leagues. Speaks' 9.0 sacks led the USFL in 2023.

Speaks was a 2nd round pick for Kansas City back in 2018, bounced around practice squads in 2020 and 2021, then after being out of football in 2022, he got back into it via the USFL's Michigan Panthers this spring.

EDIT: Apparently a lot of the XFL references come from Ian Rapoport getting it wrong in his tweet. Great reporting work, Ian.
