RFK Jr. is one of the "disinformation dozen," a group of 12 that is responsible for spreading well over half of the disinformation regarding vaccines on social media. Instagram had removed RFK Jr's account previously, but recently, has reinstated it since RFK Jr has announced his presidential bid. Of the disinformation dozen, RFK Jr ranks #2, second only to Joseph Mercola.
