"Subscribe Pending" in Yellow

Does anyone else get subscribe pending when subscribing in another instance?

The irony is that I am "Subscribe pending" while posting in [email protected]
Yeah I've had it a bunch of times I'm guessing it's something to do with federation I've been able post while it was pending
